How time seems to fly when we are having fun! Well since I last blogged a lot has happened in my life. My children have gotten a year older and we have moved into more space. However the challenges of feeding my family still remains the same.
It has become a little easier because I have been able to learn more about food allergies and intolerance's and what we can and cannot eat. This journey has been an uphill battle to say the least but God has remained faithful and has been with me the entire time.
 One day during my devotion the Lord gave me a revelation. Noah, yeah Noah.... do you remember the story in the bible about Noah and how after the flood he had to start all over again? Nothing was the same, nothing was where he remembered it to be. He had to truly start all over again. New, fresh and free from unclean things. Can you imagine that many people with food allergies or intolerance's have to start all over again with a new way of eating. No new diet is easy in the beginning, but over time we get adjusted to our new lifestyle. Be gluten free and love it, be sugar free and love it why, because  feeling better is what the ultimate goal is anyway right? Whatever your diet restriction is learn to love it, after all God's grace and mercy has allowed you to find out what is hurting your quality of life and has given you a chance to do something about it. It could have been that you found out too late and now your expiration date had come before you got a chance to change your eating habits.
Sweet Start has been birthed from this concept. A Sweet Start to healthy eating! I love desserts and I don't believe that I or my family should have to sacrifice taste, with inspiration from the Divine Creator I have created five cookies that are classics and loved by all.
